Data deletion

Dayzo keeps your content on your device. This page explains what data exists at all, what part of it sits outside the device, and how to request its deletion.

1. What data exists at all

Dayzo stores all tasks, areas, photos and settings exclusively on your device. There is no server and no user account. This data is removed completely by uninstalling the app.

2. Purchase data

When you buy Dayzo Pro, the service provider RevenueCat, Inc. processes an anonymous identifier along with the purchase history (purchase date, product, platform, country). This data serves only to unlock and restore the features you bought. No name, no email address and no payment details are transmitted.

3. Requesting deletion

  1. Send an email to support@dayzoapp.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
  2. State the platform (Android or iOS) and the approximate purchase date, so the record can be identified.
  3. Deletion takes place within 30 days; a confirmation is sent by email.

4. What applies after deletion

Once the purchase record has been deleted, a purchase you already made can no longer be reactivated through the “restore purchases” function. Statutory tax retention obligations apply solely to the billing records held by Apple or Google, not to the data stored at RevenueCat.
